Hi Friends!

I’m excited you’re here! My name is Julie, a 30-somethinger, and I live in Central PA with my family – Alfie (short for Alfred), our daughter Kelly, and our dog  Rango. My family and I believe in hard work and hard play! I’m a health and wellness enthusiast, and enjoy everything to do with fitness, food, family, and fun!

I hope you’ll enjoy my lighthearted musings about life, health, exercise, diet, and anything else that might be on my mind at the moment! I hope to share what’s worked for me with respect to diet and exercise, and give you some insight in to products I enjoy, recipes we love, etc.

I’ve always had a passion for lifting weights (I’ve been lifting for over 18 years), and eating healthy, and most recently I have taken up the sport of running. I have quite a few races under my belt! Of course, I’m always looking to improve my pace. 🙂
